Discover the Joy of Food Variety!

This site was created with a simple but inspiring goal: to help you improve a fundamental aspect of your diet, variety. Inspired by a nutritional challenge that combines fun and health benefits, we present a game based on a list of foods consumed. The principle is clear: the more diverse foods you include in your diet, the richer and higher quality it will become. While this alone cannot define a balanced diet, this approach aims to raise awareness about the importance of variety and improve your health… and perhaps your life!

How to Play with Your List

Remember, the list is first and foremost a game. The goal is to inspire you to improve, with a lighthearted approach. But like any game, there are rules to make it more enjoyable and meaningful.

1. List Ingredients, Not Dishes

To build a valid list, you must note the ingredients that make up your foods, not the finished dishes. For example, instead of writing "pizza," you should list wheat flour, tomato, cow’s cheese, olive oil, and so on. Once these ingredients are added, any dish containing them will no longer contribute to the list, unless it includes something new.

2. Smart Variety

When it comes to ingredients of the same category, the advice is to be selective. For example, listing one hundred types of cow’s cheese will not add significant value to your list. It’s better to focus on entirely new ingredients, such as turmeric or sweet potatoes. Simplify where you can (e.g., list just "zucchini" without specifying green or yellow) and focus on discovering new flavors.

3. Honesty and Tolerance

Take on this challenge with honesty toward yourself: be rigorous but not excessively rigid. The goal is not immediate perfection but to start and improve step by step. And remember, what matters most is having fun!

A Challenge… But Within Your Reach!

We won’t hide it: reaching 200 ingredients per month is an ambitious challenge, but it shouldn’t become a source of stress. You can adapt it to your needs and use this resource to reflect on what you eat, without losing the joy of food and daily life. After all, our food choices influence our well-being, our thoughts, and ultimately, our entire life experience.

We invite you to try, explore, and share your list. You don’t need to be perfect to start—just begin! 😊
